Personal Trainer Tip of the Day – DO IT!

I have been impressed with the urgency of doing. Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Being willing is not enough; we must do.
 Leonardo da Vinci What good is knowledge if we don’t act on it? We all know the basics – avoid sugar, eat your vegetables, get up out of your recliner and go for a walk, go to the gym – (you’re stuck in a one year contract anyway!), stop overeating, back away from the beer, etc. Stop fooling yourself – if you are stuck in the limbo of not doing what you know you ought to, then maybe you really don’t want to change. On some level, you are comfortable and okay with you’re current state of being. If you truly are ready for a change, start applying what you already know. Don’t over think it – take action. It all comes down to choices.
