Are Egg Yolks Bad? Ask the Trainer…

I emphatically answer:  NO! Stop throwing out the yolks! I eat approximately 9 whole eggs every week; sometimes more. The yolks contain one of the highest quality sources of protein available and many important vitamins and nutrients. Furthermore, recent studies show that the cholesterol in egg yolks does not clog arteries or elevate your cholesterol levels. High cholesterol actually is the result of eating processed, packaged carbohydrates and refined sugars.
