You’re Only As Strong As Your Weakest Link

I performed single leg kettle bell deadlifts yesterday. My right glutes are very sore, but my left glutes feel fine. This means I have a strength imbalance in my hip complex muscles. Correcting this imbalance will not only help to improve performance in daily functioning, but will also help prevent future injuries. This shows the importance of changing your exercise regimen to expose any weak links in your musculoskeletal system.
