By now, you may be realizing that your New Year’s Resolution to lose weight and get in shape is more difficult than anticipated. One day off from exercise turns into two, which turns into three, four… and so on. Did you join a gym in January swearing you were going to go 3 times a week? How long has it been since your last visit? Or did you purchase home gym equipment and now it’s a clothes rack? Maybe you bought a home workout video but now it’s lost in the stack of other DVD’s.

Maybe you have stuck with your commitment. You’re exercising everyday and watching what you eat – but you’re still not seeing significant results. Now you’re getting discouraged. After all, what’s the point of all that hard work if you’re not looking better and feeling better about yourself?
