Alternative Healthy Snack

When you’re in the mood for a salty snack, instead of a bag of potato chips, make your own sweet potato chips. Here’s how:  thinly slice a sweet potato. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Pour a small amount of extra virgin olive oil on cookie sheet and coat evenly. Layer potato slices on the cookie sheet in a single layer and bake for 15 minutes give or take, depending on how crispy you prefer the chips. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Celtic Sea Salt or Himalayan Crystal Salt and freshly ground, organic black pepper.  Enjoy!!
