I am a female Personal Trainer and love fitness and bodybuilding. My personal goals include gaining lean, hard muscle mass while reducing body fat. Yes, it is possible to accomplish at the same time! I regularly study Fitness Research Journals and publications to stay on the cutting edge of fitness and bodybuilding technology. Every year I attend continuing education workshops and classes. I also review publications concerning women’s health so I can safely train my female clients with special needs such as pregnancy and menopause.

I want to maximize my time in the gym to get the greatest results in the shortest period of time. This is where extensive knowledge of how to manipulate the human body comes into play. Knowing precisely how to train each muscle group effectively, makes my hard work in the gym worthwhile. I transfer this same concept to my clients to optimize their time as well.

MY TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

There is no such thing as a“drive-thru” fitness plan where you place your order and drive away with a gorgeous body. The key to weight loss and bodybuilding is consistency over time. That is, being consistent with your workouts and proper daily food intake. I teach lifestyle, not a quick-fix that gives you temporary results until the next big diet or training fad. So if you’re ready for a change, I can show you how to reach your goals – and keep them. I practice what I preach. Everything I instruct my clients to do, I already apply myself.
